「さざなみの連なる」Rippling waves
素材: 石灰、川砂、顔料、セメント、麻布、鉄など
Materials: lime, sand, soil, cement, linen, iron,etc.
子どもの頃、湯船に浸かっている時にお湯が揺れることが不思議だった。呼吸、鼓動、身体の振幅に合わせてさざなみがうまれること。
ゆるゆるとひろがっていく波紋はやがてその形や意味を変えていくので、そのまんなかに生命があったことを、私は迂闊にも忘れてしまう。
As a child, when I laid in the bathtub I was fascinated by the movements of the warm water, ripples extending born from my breathing, heartbeat and vibrations of my body. The trailing waves of water would take on new shapes and meanings, so much so that I would forget the life at the center of them.

■プロフィール
2020年、東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科 修士課程修了。
石灰と砂、石、顔料などを用いて、フレスコによるインスタレーションを発表。芸術はどこからきたのか、どうして私たちはものをつくるのか、考えるように制作している。
