水辺のときめき
The Thrill of the Water Side

いつもと同じ善福寺池の風景の中に、落し水で動く木で作った鹿威し（ししおどし）を並べる、その繰り返す動きは幾重にも重なり水辺に拡がっていく。
それはまるで小さなきざしを感じた時の、ときめきの様に。
Amongst the ordinary landscape of the Zenpukuji Pond, the repetitive movements of a wooden Shishiodoshi – a type of Japanese fountain, propelled by the movement of falling water, spread out their ripples to the water’s edge and stirs a thrill in us as we catch their subtle signs.

1976年 武蔵野美術短大工芸工業デザイン科卒業
1983年 自動車会社入社インテリアデザイン開発 従事
1991年～96年 米国駐在
2011年 退職、木材を使って造形活動開始
2014年～ 国分寺お鷹の道に水車を設置（週末）
2016年～ トロールの森出展
2020年～ アウトドアギャラリー@お鷹の道を企画プロデュース
